We live in a busy, active culture that never slows down.  Taking time away from daily life and balancing the demands placed on us is almost impossible, but that is exactly what is needed to manage our stress levels. Stress can negatively impact our ability to function at home, work, and in relationships with family & friends. Studies show that elevated stress levels over time can negatively impact our bodies, both physically and mentally causing problems such as; insomnia, cardiovascular disease, chronic inflammation, immune related illnesses, weight fluctuations, depression, and anxiety.

Here at MMP we believe in a holistic approach to managing your mental health and stress levels, including, medication management, psychotherapy (such as CBT), lifestyle modifications, healthy social support, and effective coping skills.  The provider will complete a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to determine if depression, anxiety, or other mental health disorders are contributing to your stress level.  The treatment plan is individualized and based on the diagnosis, patient goals, and current evidence-based treatment. If you or a loved one is experiencing elevated stress levels that are hindering the ability to function in everyday life, reach out to our office to be evaluated.  Our team is here to help you navigate through mental health struggles and provide hope for your future!.
